Part 3: Bazooka Rockz 2!!!

After waiting in the long line for 2 hours, mt cousin and I are finally inside! Everything seemed so surreal. The lights are overwhelming! I still can't believe my parents said yes. Huhu. Thanks, guys.

We were just in time for Radio Drive By. First time to hear them and I'm already diggin' it ;)

This indoor festival also provides food stalls in case we got hungry. Of course, it's almost 15 hours of good music! pair it with with good food and beer. Chos! I really felt 18 when the guy in the booth gave me a stub for a beer but my cousin got it; I don't drink. Haha :)

That's Radio Drive By in the meet and greet booth. Good thing the booth isn't closed! I climbed the barricade to take photos and even posed when their bassist, Evan Yuen (the guy with the beanie) took a picture :)

Up next was Uchusentai : NOIZ. They're quite noisy (yup, noiz it is.) and weird but you gotta love 'em. They're very energetic!!

Next is Tonight Alive! Another rock band with a girl as the vocalist that Didit recommended :)

Familiar with Punk Goes Pop - Glad You Came cover? It's by We Came As Romans and they're next!

I squeezed my way though the crowd when it was about 6pm just to get closer to the stage. I left my cousin at the back because he didn't want to come with me and that's fine with him. Red is for The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus!!!

This guy won the online contest and got the chance to share the stage and sing with RJA!! LUCKY!!!

After their performance the crowd dispersed a bit and I went to my cousin and we ate dinner - siomai in a cup! It was also A rocket to the Moon's turn on the m&g booth. Girls be like "NICK! NICK SANTINOOOO! AYLABYUUUU!" I thought of buying a bottle of water at the stall nearest to the m&g booth as an excuse to get closer to them but...they placed additional barricades! URRGH. Not even an excuse to the bathroom could let you in! Oh, well. Hi, Nick, Andrew, Halvo, and Justin. I exist, jsyk. *hugs them all*not letting go*

I decided to line up on the merch since All time Low is still hours away. Anberlin's up next! I saw Josh Burke near the stage and watching the band. Maybe he likes them. I wanted to call him but ughhhh even I can't hear my own voice.

When they were almost over I asked my cousin if he could buy the merch for me while I squeeze back to the crowd again. It's All Time Low's turn!!

Falling bra's everywhere! Hahaha!

Last but definitely not the least, A Rocket to the Moon!!!!!!!! It's their last night T_____________T
It's my first time to see them yet it's their last time to play as a band. *creys* and my camera's battery is getting low...and it goes dead. *creys even more*

The crowd was so high and was was saying "Don't break up! Don't break up!" and in one of the gaps, Nick said that if we sing along with the next song and jump 'till the very end, then maybe...maybe...they'll think about it. What happened next was a crowd getting really wild jumping around and singing our hearts out. (Ooh, our. haha) Wala nang pakialam sa masakit na paa! ARTTM to!!!! I finished till the very last song, 'til the lights went out before I went to my cousin. He was worried haha but I told him I was ok. Sulit kaayo ya! Thank you sa ticket!! \:D/

We went home past 1am and I am still hyped though I can now feel how tired my feet were. My flight was at 10 and I hadn't done any shopping (char) for pasalubong. Haha. Anyways, I arrived safely, and still hyped! I also bought a cookie barrel because I didn't spend my pocket money at all haha.

Thank you for that great escape!! :))

PS: Notice that I only placed at least 1 or 2 photos for each band. this would be a longer post if I'd place all (or even the selected ones). Will be posting them separately someday :)

Part 2: Bazooka Rockz Eve

There goes my cousin! Along with his officemate, fetching me at the airport. They brought me to Bonifacio Global City for me to eat dinner. They laughed at me when I said, "May baon man ako. Gibaunan ako ni mama.". They were like, seriously?!, "Ha? Baon? As in kanin?". YEAH GUYS THE ONE IN A LUNCH BOX, I DID. I was supposed to eat them in the plane but I couldn't because of my seatmate, we're busy talking. My mom is very thoughtful that I felt like I was on a grade school field trip. Anyways, we ate at Slice. According to my cousin it was owned by Pia Cayetano and that many celebs are seen in that place. I wish even one of them or even bloggers came in.

The food was good; the cake was very good, although they were a bit pricey because they are made of healthy, imported ingredients for the health-conscious.

We took a walk around the place. It was big and elite! *Taga-probinsya-feels* I saw brands that I only see in magazines. I was told that the mall closes at midnight and some restaurants outside at 2am. Wow.

Then we headed to their apartment. There laid my other cousin who was deeply asleep *Time check, 12am* I changed into my pajamas and prepared my stuff for the happiest day of my life yet. Good night!

--o0o--

Good morning! I woke up at 7:30 and got ready for the happiest event of my life yet. We left the apartment at 9:00. We walked, and walked, and walked, and..oh, it's Club Astoria, and walked to the nearest MRT Station. Nearest, yeah. While walking I saw a couple and the girl was in neon. "Hala mag bazooka rockz sila!" I thought. We rode the same train and the same jeep to MOA. I was right. About a few meters on the jeepney stop they pulled out IDs, VIP passes, I guessed. GUESS WHO WAS JEALOUS. But there was no room for sadness. The thought of actually seeing them made me the happiest! I was surprised by the number of people still in the line! I thought I could enter immediately but we waited 2 or more hours to get in! I haven't seen anything from the concert yet but my feet were already tired. All for the love of Bazooka Rockz!

Part 1: Fangirl Encounters

I still remember the rush 2 months ago.... planning a major plate to packing my clothes, visiting a community for our CWTS class to jumping in to our car, changing clothes and getting ready for my flight.

So, remember this post? Just after crying two separate times, accepting the fact that my parents said no and slowly trying to get over it, my mom brought the topic back. It gave me hopes when my cousin was on my side and only my father's permission was the last part of getting a ticket to the fest. I sent him my grades which were hanging in their lifeline and convinced my father and assured him that I'll pull 'em up just to get a 'yes'. Going or not I am really going to try to pull them up, jsyk. AND HE SAID YES. WOWZZ I WAS THE HAPPIEST 18 YEAR OLD THEN! Those three letters could go a loooong way!

I took my cam out and tried to take some photos when the lady asked me, "First time mo sumakay ng eroplano?" I said no and that started the conversation.
I felt the excitement even at the plane when, coincidentally, I was seated next to a lady (who I later knew was already a mom) who is a fan of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I said I was going to a concert and she said, "IS THAT RED JUMPSUIT?!" I smiled and nodded, "Mmhmm." I've never felt so close to a complete stranger before! She said, "Buti pinayagan ka. Nakakainggit ka naman. Good for you" and I giggled. You see, I don't really know how to deal with situations like this haha. She said that she looked up to them because she was also playing as a guitarist in a band. Cool. She was trying to pass it on to her daughter but the kid was into ballet. "Sayang naman yung guitars ko, anak.", she said. Haha :) We also talked about how clean Davao is ~Proud Davaoeno heyyur.~ and a lot more. Then we landed, got out of the plane and into the bus. She got out first and sat in the front row and I sat at the back because I got out of the plane a little late. When we got out of the bus, she was way ahead of me because she'll get her baggages, I couldn't catch up! I wanted to say good bye and ask her name but...nah. She didn't even know mine! But thank God, RJA, we feel connected. I can not forget her. The last thing she told me was "Basta i-enjoy mo lang ang concert. Ang swerte mo, nakakainggit. :)" I said to myself, "Yes ate, I will enjoy and I will enjoy it for you too. :)" as I walked to the gate to meet my cousin.

Planned Raid. Uh-huh

Annjill, Merryl and Thesa were here! Finally they've come to my lair (first time!!!). They're one of my closest friends (and classmates ever since) yet they haven't been to our house haha :) All for the sake of the AVP for Merryl's up coming pool party! These are Annj's photos, btw :)

I wanted to show you teasers of their photoshoot pero di ako nakapagpaalam. Next time, next time.

Jann celebrated it at World Palace. It was my first time to go inside and it was everything KTV but they have function rooms though, and still provide you entertainment. It was nice seeing the others too and Ms. Tabunan! Haha :)

Finally, everything wouldn't end without having a picture with her huuur. Haha nagparebond, eh :))) GOOD TO SEE YOU JANN!!!! HAHA :D

Happy birthday again Jann! I know you like my gift! Haha :) See you guys on the next birthday ;)
